Personal Safety

We offer seminars for groups of all abilities. Seminars range from 90 minutes to 3 hours.

Staff Training
​​
We offer staff training, allowing your agency to offer ongoing programs. For example, training physical educators to teach avoidance skills and non-violent escape techniques as part of their curriculum. Teaching personal trainers fundamental personal safety with a walking cane to offer a program to the senior citizen population in their gym.

Publications
​​
Our staff have published numerous instructional books and DVDs, authored magazine articles and hosted television programs. We have produced PSAs and continue to share our knowledge through our blog and YouTube channel.
